Watership Down (Richard Adams)

- This item is used Description A flock of young male rabbits with Hassel in the spines depart from the colony where they were born and raised. Hassel's brother Femmer has indeed, in a vision, seen that doomsday will strike the colony. It succeeded for the two rabbits to persuade some of the other males to come along. Along the way they encounter dangers from all over the world, until they finally arrive at the place that Femmer saw in his vision, namely Rabbit Mountain. Here they establish their new colony, but they lack females to reproduce. The seagull Kehaar helps them find the colony Efrafa, which is nearby. This is a dictatorship brutally led by General Galtetand, who governs with a hard paw, so it will not be an easy task to obtain the females... Rabbit Mountain is an epic adventure that is loved worldwide. The film is based on the novel that made Richard Adams world-famous and which, in record time, sold over 5 million copies. Many have compared the story to The Lord of the Rings in grandeur and character development. When the BBC conducted a survey in 2003 about the world's best books, Rabbit Mountain ranked among the top 30 books. Region code Edition Running time in minutes 88 Production year 1978
