When they find a small human baby in the arms of its dying mother, they decide to find a tribe that can take care of it. But the little group must go through a lot before luck is on their side. The Ice Age is not a completely harmless time to roam. Ice Age 2: The Meltdown: Sid, Manny and Diego must trek again. The Ice Age is over, everything is melting, and the valley, the animals have settled in, will be flooded. On the journey the three friends meet Ellie, who like Manny is a mammoth. She was raised together with the two opossums, Crash and Eddie. Ellie, Crash and Eddie join the three friends on the journey. The story is constantly interrupted by short clips with the stubborn Scrat, who is on a constant hunt for his acorn. Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs: The flock ventures into a strange subterranean world. Manfred and Ellie await and eagerly anticipate the arrival of their baby mammoths to the world. Sid gets into trouble when he starts his own odd family after finding some dinosaur eggs. And Scrat is this time, besides his eternal mission—to get his hands on the acorn that always slips away from him—up against a female acorn collector. A meeting that may lead to true love. Ice Age 4: Dawn of the Gnawed: Scrat is still chasing the ever-elusive nut. Now his crazy pursuit has consequences for the world, as he triggers a continental natural catastrophe, sending Manfred, Diego and Sid on yet another fantastic adventure. The three friends get separated from the rest of the clan as the continents split, and with Sid’s gruff grandmother in tow they run into a group of pirates who will do anything to prevent Manfred, Diego and Sid from returning home again.
