Total puppy chaos turns the lives of newlywed chihuahua parents Papi and Chloe upside down as their little wild pups put them to the test after test. But when the dogs' owners get into trouble, the puppies stop at nothing to save them – because when you are a family, you stick together through thick and thin. So Papi, Chloe and the puppies embark on a zany adventure to prove once again that even the smallest can be great heroes.
