Golf (Game Boy - Nintendo - 1989 - FAH)

Golf... Well, the title says it all! As part of the very first games on the system, I tend to believe that Golf was targeted to a more mature audience. The appeal of swinging the club to a tiny white ball wasn’t big for me as a child, that’s why I’ve passed on it back in the days. When starting to collect Game Boy games, Golf was inevitable: it’s a serie that still goes on on Nintendo’s consoles. Nowadays, I’m still not a big fan of the genre, but I admit the game is pretty well done, even if I don’t get the interest of adapting such sport into video games in the first place: Isn’t golfing about getting outside, take a breath of fresh air and all that? SAD.
