Star Wars (Game Boy - NMS Software - 1992 - FAH)

Despite being a side scrolling action platform game, Star Wars is not as straightforward as it seems. The beginning is a big fetch quest which can be tedious and cryptic, but the gameplay is fun, even if the controls are too slippery. I remember playing the NES version in a local store and never been able to find my way in Tatooine’s surface. Sadly, the game is plagued with a tremendous difficulty curve that only really skilled players can get through. Note that it was available on several home systems: that implies it was designed for a greater screen resolution... in other words: screen crunch.
