Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (Game Boy - Sculptured Software - 1992 - FAH)

Releases the same year as its predecessor, this game is radically different in approach and quality. The graphics are too dark and too detailed for its own sake, the animation and controls feels awkward, and the maze-like levels doesn’t help the game’s flow. Being a NES game first, the mandatory screen crunch forces you to do leaps of faith more than once. A game maybe too ambitious that fail in being just fun.
