R-Type II (Game Boy - Irem - 1992 - FRG)

This follow up to R-Type is pretty much the same game with different levels layouts. It doesn’t mean it’s a bad game, I guess those who love the first installment would probably love this one as well. I tried to get my hands on a FAH copy, but this is quite pricy and rare. This is the kind of money I can’t afford to spend on a title I don’t have a particular connection with. So the easy way out was to get a copy from an other region, FRG (Switzerland, Austria). It’s weird how the other region’s copies are always easier and cheaper to find, right?
