This game really feels like the conclusion of the Game Boy serie. At that point, I didn’t really expected anything really new, so I was surprised and delighted by its new bosses and its solar system theme. Mega Man V carries on the new features initiated in IV and add even more stuff, to create what is the most innovative game in the franchise. Everything is not perfect though: the music are a bit of a let down, slowdowns are still rampant and the boss order is brocken, due to some weapons that are effective on some early Stardroid are only avalaible toward the end of the game. Anyway, those minor defaults are easily swept away by the glorious final stage where you have to defeat all the exclusive bosses from the four previous games in order. A true conclusion which wraps up this series beautifully. A must have.
