Street Fighter II (Game Boy - Capcom - 1995 - FAH)

It’s about time I review the father of the genre, one of the most revolutionary game ever made, the blue print from which all subsequent fighting games are based on and its bad adaptation on Game Boy. Apart from its graphics and musics, Street Fighter II is a train wreck: it offers a wind-broken frame rate, a basic animation, a slow paced imprecise action and an overall disappointment of a game. That’s a shame because its name carries a lot of expectations, and some good studios could have develop it but something is wrong about this game. What a waste.
