Earthworm Jim (Game Boy - Eurocom - 1995 - EUR)

I have played this game for hours and hours... on SNES. I love this goofy character and the look of the game was amazing to me, especially the animations. I only got the Game Boy version much later, because I didn’t feel the need of playing it some more. The fact is this Game Boy adaptation is damn faithful! It retains the screen ratio, all the animations, the stages and so on. Some graphics have been missing, but I’m impressed by the faithfulness of the gameplay. That also means that the low points of the original game are still here, such as the awful underwater sections. I also have issues with the button layout, because there are not enough buttons available on handheld, but other than that, Earthworm Jim on Game Boy is great.
