Once again, here is an arcade conversion I know little about. I only started spending a lot of time in the arcade during the Street Fighter II era, so I am pretty unfamiliar with arcade hits prior to 1991. Anyway, Boulder Dash has a good reputation, and I remember playing it mostly on my IBM PS1 and having a good time, though it never really blew my mind. I hated when rocks kept on falling on my head every time I dig somewhere inappropriate, but I really dug (...) the look of those fat juicy diamonds. This Game Boy port is pretty basic and not that good-looking, but it is faithful to the original for the most part.
