Wave Race (Game Boy - Nintendo - 1992 - FAH)

A somewhat fun racing game, famous for being the first of the Wave Race game serie. The overhead point of view is appropriate, as the game is pretty slow. You have to deal with the inertia of your watercraft, which can be irritating at time. The overall presentation is basic and it really felt outdated when it came out in Europe in 1997, following the success of its Nintendo 64’s sequel. The 4 player mode might be fun, though I never tried it.
