Gauntlet II (Game Boy - Mindscape - 1990 - FAH)

I was never really into the hack’n slash genre: it always seemed to me too messy with too much going on the screen. The only experience I had back in the days with this kind of game was with Catacomb on PC, and I really loved it. I rediscovered it years later, and that’s what decided me to get Gauntlet II, and I was not disappointed. Sure, the game came early in the Game Boy lifespan, so graphics and musics are a bit basic, but the game itself is a ton a fun. I really wish I could play with three other people someday.
