Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja (Game Boy - Data East - 1993 - NOE)

To be fair, at the time, I only played on the SNES version. Joe & Mac was a fun game but nothing to go crazy about. Well, this Game Boy version is pretty faithful. The graphics are detailed, albeit a bit too much for your eye’s sake. The game feels like a slowdown version of Adventure Island, and just like Hudson’s title, the level design is not very imaginative. Although the giant T-Rex in the first level is very impressive! The FAH version’s price is crazy nowadays, that’s why I got myself a much more affordable NOE version.
