Track Meet (Game Boy - Interplay - 1991 - FAH)

I was always attracted by the game’s cover, for some reason: it looks silly yet fun. I never had the opportunity to play with this kind of game until Decathletes on Dreamcast, and from that moment on I still wonder if producing such Olympic sports game on handheld is a good idea. See, those games tends to literally destroy controllers as you intensely mash the buttons. And that is not a real problem for home consoles, as you can replace your controller. It’s expensive, but doable. But what about handhelds? Are we supposed to buy another console just because a game ask you to mash buttons like a mad man? Sounds crazy. Yet I bought Track Meet anyway. Love the cover.
