Nettō Garō Densetsu 2 (Game Boy - Takara - 1994 - JPN)

This is one of the games I wanted the most when I first saw it in a video games magazine. At the time, I only had a Game Boy and I was (and still am) fond of fighting games, so I wasn’t really satisfied in that particular area. Sure, there was Mortal Kombat, but those Fatal Fury 2 screenshots looked exactly like I wanted for a fighting game. Unfortunately, this game never left Japan and I never found it for sale near me. I finally played it years later, and I was kind of disappointed: the graphics are really nice but the gameplay feels like underwater, and the pace is sluggish at best. Definitely not the best fighting game on the system, but a nice distraction nonetheless.
