Kriminalkommissær Barnaby - The Green Man

- This item is in original packaging Description Nothing is as it seems behind the neatly trimmed privet hedges in the picturesque towns of the idyllic English county of Midsomer. Beneath the calm surface of sleepy village life lurk dark secrets, scandals, and pure evil. John Nettles stars as the humorous, reflective, and methodical Detective Chief Inspector Barnaby. THE GREEN MAN The local businessman Timothy Webster is restoring the town’s canal in hopes of attracting more tourists to the area and – not least – improving his own status in the community. Joyce and Cully have volunteered as helpers. The canal runs through a tunnel, but an old wooden grate blocks the outlet. The helpers try to remove the grate with a chainsaw, but this causes the tunnel outlet to collapse, and some of them become trapped in the tunnel – including Joyce.
